Teero is a pre-seed, venture-backed startup based in Amsterdam focused on solving the number one problem fast growing companies face: hiring. Founded by Nate Anderson and Christian Wicks, Teero is building ways for companies to leverage their network to build better teams faster.
We’re bringing Tech and Operations to disrupt the old school hiring process - finding ways to make it more enjoyable, faster and cheaper for everyone involved. Our vision is to be the number 1 place any hiring manager, recruiter or company turns to when they need to hire.
While we are just getting started, we have a handful of exciting customers including Uber Eats, Klarna and AtoB. We also have a few smaller startups with big ambitions - including a some Y-Combinator alums as well.
We’re looking for a versatile Operations Manager to join us and help us build out Teero. You would be a jack-of-all-trades and work hand in hand with the founders to build the business. This role is perfect for someone who wants to create their own company someday, as you’ll get a front row seat in the building of Teero.
An ideal candidate is strong analytically and can find creative solutions to multiple problems being thrown at them at once. They are process oriented, not afraid to live in g-sheets, and can also handle customer calls if needed. They are a self starter, curious and ambitious.
This is a ground floor opportunity (you’d be employee #6!) and see how a scrappy start-up operates. You’ll have influence on product ideation and direction and the opportunity to work with everyone in the company - from engineers to the co-founders.
We’re a fast moving company and would expect you to be fast moving as well. We’ll give you tons of responsibility and a wide variety of areas to work on. For sure, we can say no two days would be alike!
We’re currently a team of five: Nate, Christian, Tess, Dmitry and Leandrit. Our backgrounds are from Uber, Google and a handful of Silicon Valley and European start-ups. We’re mostly based in Amsterdam.
The team is fun. We are builders and don’t take ourselves too seriously. We’re aiming big (we want to be the #1 spot all companies go to for top candidates!), and we’re building the foundation to make this happen.
You’ll report directly to Nate, our co-founder and CEO.
